VERIQON does not claim ownership of customer code or derived data.

All source code, repositories, and analysis results remain the exclusive property of the customer.

Customer data is processed only to deliver the VERIQON service.

Code analysis is strictly limited to providing structure, documentation, and drift insights.

No customer data is used for training models, building competitive products, or any purpose beyond service delivery.

VERIQON supports data access, deletion, and purpose limitation principles in alignment with GDPR requirements.

Customer rights include:

• Right to access their data and analysis results

• Right to request deletion of their data

• Right to understand how their data is processed

• Right to object to certain types of processing

These principles are embedded in the platform design, even for customers outside GDPR jurisdictions.

VERIQON is operated by AVINITI, LLC, a US-based company.

For teams with regional or contractual requirements:

• US-only processing is available

• Regional data residency options can be discussed

• Private or isolated deployment configurations may be arranged after the pilot phase

VERIQON's architecture and access controls are designed to support formal compliance frameworks as the platform matures.

Current security measures include:

As VERIQON evolves, the platform will pursue formal certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other industry-recognized standards.

VERIQON does not position itself as "fully certified" at this stage.
