These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the VERIQON platform ("Service") operated by AVINITI, LLC, 3585 S Vermont Ave, Unit 7367, Los Angeles, CA 90007, USA.

By accessing or using VERIQON, you agree to these Terms.
All source code, repositories, configuration files, and related materials provided to or analyzed by VERIQON remain the exclusive property of the customer.
VERIQON does not claim ownership, license, or intellectual property rights over customer code.
Customer code is processed solely for the purpose of providing the VERIQON service, including but not limited to:
• Codebase analysis
• Structural mapping
• Documentation generation
• Drift detection and monitoring
• Related clarity and visibility features
VERIQON is strictly prohibited from using customer code for any other purpose, including but not limited to:
• Building or improving competing products
• Training general-purpose models
• Reverse engineering customer software
• Reproducing or duplicating customer functionality
VERIQON is designed to minimize exposure to raw source code.
By default:
• Code is analyzed to extract structural and analytical metadata
• Analysis results are used to generate insights for the customer
• Raw source code is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver the service
• Any optional extended retention or monitoring features are explicitly controlled by the customer
Any data derived from customer code, including metadata, dependency graphs, or documentation artifacts, is used only to provide the VERIQON service to that customer.
VERIQON does not sell, share, or reuse analysis data across customers.
Access to customer code and analysis data is restricted to authorized personnel who require access to operate and support the Service.
All VERIQON employees and contractors are:
• Contractually bound by confidentiality obligations
• Prohibited from copying, reusing, or disclosing customer code
• Subject to disciplinary and legal action for misuse or unauthorized access
VERIQON treats all customer code and related data as confidential information.
VERIQON will not disclose customer code or derived data to third parties except:
• As required to operate the Service
• With customer consent
• As required by applicable law
VERIQON provides analytical insights and visibility tools. It does not make architectural decisions, enforce code changes, or replace human engineering judgment.
